One of our clients ran into a peculiar problem:
In one of their legal entities Account Receivables > Common > Free text invoices > All free text invoices, all invoices from before 28/06/2016 (up to 01/01/2016) went missing
These invoices are still visible from Inquiries > Journals > Invoice journal
All related reports and balances appear to be correct, also.
We could not locate the actual source of the problem, nor can we replicate the scenario in test environments. The client is very insistent on finding the cause to review their security management.
We are not too much looking to solve this problem, only to understand it. If anyone could point us at the right directions, it would be greatly appreciated.
