While running reports on AX 2012 R3, I am getting error - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 172.25.0.61:8201

I am getting this error, when I tried running any of the reports on AX 2012 R3. Tried couple of options like Restarting AOS and SSAS and generating full CIL file. But still it doesnt work.
