Hello everyone,
I have an issue when using enterprise portal to open attachments, expense receipts for example. When clicking on the attachment or clicking the open button, a new blank windows opens in my browser with the "downloaddocument.aspx" in the URL and nothing more. I have tried adding the EP site to compatibility mode and running IE as administrator, adding the EP site to trusted & local internet zone. Current version is IE 11.
Using the AX client the attachment is able to open, eliminating any permission or functional issue. I have tried re-deploying the TRV* webparts but no difference in behavior.
Has anyone experienced this issue and how did you resolve it?
