Entry of expenses for different worker using EP

Hello all, 

Is there any way to enter expenses for a worker other than myself? For example, I want to enter my colleague's expenses by myself. 

The solution we have now is to run IE browser as a different user, but this requires other user credentials. We do not want to share them among ourselves.
