No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:2383 for Dynamic AX 2012

Hi,

I came across a situation where I am unable to open a SSRS report and it shows error message "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:2383 for Dynamic AX 2012" instead.

I have tried solutions provided by many blogs, e.g.

and others which claims the solution. But it didn't solve my issue. Could anybody please help here.
