Ax 2012 Test Data Transfer Tool Error result after running DP.EXE Import: Cannot access database MicrosoftDynamicsAX, no databases found.

Hi All,

It is my first time to use TDTT and my AX Client and SQL server are both running and installed in the same box with Windows 8.1.  I follow all steps needed and SQL client is also installed but after I run this command as Administrator:

DP.exe Import C:\AXR3CU8DemoData MicrosoftDynamicsAX Server\MSSQLAX2012

it gives me this error; Cannot access database MicrosoftDynamicsAX. no database found. Appreciate your kind help.
